If you have the choice between that $500 course or the $5 audiobook, which one are you choosing? When you have a night alone, do you cook for yourself the same way you would if your bestie was over?
If you're choosing the latter, you're probably only checking the boxes and feeling like you are taking care of yourself... but are you really? Think about this... are you compromising on you?

I've heard people talk about fluffy self-care. Meg's flavor of self-care is truth bombs in addition to bath bombs. I was truly surprised at my transformation through this journey in becoming a stronger, more confident, and more empowered woman.
Dr. Sonia Ashok, Connective Coalition
Meg really listens, and you can feel how much she cares. She goes above and beyond when you need it, even outside of the standard call times. I've never had her not answer a question with confidence and really solid advice.

A note from Meg
💣 Here's a truth bomb that may shake things up for you:
Making the decision to invest in yourself and take care of yourself is a conscious choice. It's not a choice you make naturally.
You don't have to be the type to go see movies by yourself, kayak by yourself, but if you do take that you time... that's when you're finally doing it right.
If you're walking around feeling shitty, you're really only going to see shitty in the world around you. You won't feel in charge, like you're making the decisions about the path you're taking, like you're truly able to relish the little things that make life worth living.
For that fulfilled feeling and no regrets when you're 80 and on your patio rocking chair, you have to start doing more than just checking those self-care boxes — you have to do it like you mean it.
And that, my friends, is why this program exists. This is where you come first so that your dreams come true.
